There's this feeling inside me,
And it feels a little like love,
But I can't bring myself to tell you,
And there's nothing else to think of.

Day and night I have thought of you,
Nothing else but your soft kind heart,
I want to tell you, how I feel,
But I don't know how you will take it for a start.

I really care about you,
I hope you know,
And when I say I miss you,
I'm not lying, I just want to take this slow.

I don't want to rush into things,
I want to wait, make everything perfect,
Please respect that,
Because that's what I would like is your respect.
