What a Mighty God!

What a mighty God I serve
who sits upon His throne above!
Crowned King above all kings
and rules us all with grace and love!

Who am I that He would love me
to the extend that His love shows?
Each day that I live and press on
His love for me does grow.

My flesh fails me with each moment.
It tempts me to drink from the sinners cup.
But alas my God with hands of fire
purges me then lifts me up!

He lifts me up to the mountains high
and shows me the valleys low,
to teach me that all the burdens I carry
are there to help me grow.
