This World Of Mine

by Amber   Oct 21, 2005

Countless souls cry out to god,
Loving, yet so quiet,
The colors you see in the garden of hate,
So many bad souls try to hide it.

The fear in the world has strictly tightened,
We will always have a roar of pain,
Yet when I spoke I always heard,
The humans use god's name in vain.

A wall of water surrounds us all,
20 to 30 feet so high,
All I could do is fall to my knee's,
And kiss this world goodbye.

The sadness and hurt has devoured me whole,
Yet before I could get up and run,
I had no chance of getting out,
Because my life was over before it begun.
