When you Tease

What do they know
and why should she care
but why does it hurt her more
with every piercing stare
every harsh word
goes straight to her heart
and now thanks to people like you
it will forever be torn apart
so call her a loser
go ahead call her a freak
by now she should be used to it
for it happens every week
she doesn't want your attention
she just wants you to go away
but you keep taunting her
even though she begs you to stop each day
everyday she breaks down
goes home and cries all night
comes to school hopeless
for she not longer sees a point to fight
you scream at her, you slap her
you even push her around
as she goes to the bathroom for her escape
soon she'll be passed out on the ground
you have caused her to do this
you've all ruined her life
for each day you tease her
is another day she goes home to a knife
every tease and bad name you give her
it stays locked in her mind
she was hoping one day you'd all change
but now you've all run out of time
she wanted to have a new life
hoping one day she'd escape her past
but it would continue to repeat everyday
for you made sure it would last
so she sat on the tile floor
holding her blade
you put scars on her heart
that would never be able to fade
no one would ever notice
if she ever just left
for living in this cruel evil world
she just wasn't meant
as she put the razor to her arm
she cut hard, deep, and long
for because of the hurtful things you did to her
she could no longer stay strong
as she laid in her blood
no one knew of the pain she went through
there a note covered in her crimson tears
that said "This is because of you"
