What is it that i seach for?

I don't know what i search for,
but i know i search for more.
More than this life i have,
a life i can't explore.

Somebody open me up,
out of my fragile shell.
Somebody wake me up,
from the nightmare that is hell.

I hate my devil so much,
i hate the way he taunts.
I hate the way he looks at me,
why is it me he haunts?

I'm searching for an angel,
one to lift me up high.
A spirit that will wipe my tears,
not one that makes me cry.

And I'll search for this spirit,
until my dying day.
I'll search until the time,
that i can finally say;

"I found what i was searching for,
it was in me all along.
MY spirit, my soul my hope and dreams,
that kept me going Strong."
