A KISS FROM HEAVEN

I look at all the photograph’s,
I smile with happy thought’s,
Thinking of the memories,
Held within a box,

A smile that lit a darkened sky,
A glow that you possessed,
No other man could hold these close,
Or softly me could he carress.

Im pulled out of these daytime dreams,
A pain it stakes my heart,
Now I have to reaslise,
That god has made us part.

I am still upon this earth,
While you can walk the clouds,
Come face to face with happiness,
And chase away the doubts.

How can life decide a path,
Each person cant refuse,
We are set to walk each step,
Regardless of our views.

Even though I feel alone,
Cause a piece of me is gone,
Still I hear a distant voice,
You sing the angels song.

“You’ll be with me,
One sweet day,
Now dry away your tears,
Your not alone,
Im by your side,
So chase away the fears”

You speak those words while I do sleep,
I hear them in my dreams,
You try to help me through the pain,
You’ve heard my heart ache screams.

But when I sleep,
You kiss my lips my fears are drawn away,
Cause you have let me know you’re here,
That love can always stay.

So even though I sit alone,
And hold my memories dear,
You are just a kiss away,
At least I know you’re here.
