Dance in Hell (3)

by Avrii Monrielle   Oct 24, 2005

Sequel to Rotten Fruits of the Harvest. 3rd poem in my poem line.

(1)Blades of Immortality
(2)Rotten Fruits of the Harvest
(3)Dance in Hell
(4)You call this a bloodline?
----------------------------------------
Imperished by life's greatest bonds
As blood is scraped carefully off the ground
The young explorer places carefully
Into a plastic case goes what he's found

He reads the inscription
As his son runs forward
And happens to hear
The coarse sound of recited scriptures

"May you fall
And break
Like a steadfast
Tin soldier
Who when thrown in the fire
Melts just like fake glass
On summer's eve"

As they make eye contact
The door gives way
And they stop,paralyzed in fear
As frequent laughing is heard in the cave

"Woe are you to beg forgiveness
Towards your own sins!
Forever shall your offspring lay
Buried in the fire pit!"

A frequent cackle
As it all crumbles
And the child falls
Into a hole
As the father grasps to hold him
His son just disappears
And father cries out
As something pierces his back
And more blood soaks the morbid steps

Inside the terror->

The young man has fallen in
Dear angel,only in his teens
And he finds his soul
Caught in between

A fiery tongue
Burns his body
As one by one
He's lit like a human candle
First degree,second,third
Alas,he burns,he burns
And all of a sudden his skin peels off
And he's left there with nothing on,not even his skin
Just another faceless soul
Burned within

He sees the queen
She is but a mere shadow
And she makes him bow low

"Swear your oath
And you may live
In my hollow army."

He spits
She glares
And to his refusal
He disappears
