When death looks at you,
straight in the eye,
will you fight back?
or lay down and die?

will you find strength,
the strength to fight death?
or fight with weakness,
and lose your own breath?

close your eyes,
now you gone.
now you hear,
the sullen song.

the song death will sing.
the sorrow death will bring.
the life death can take,
the hearts death can break.
