Death Does Do Us Part

by Geoff Clemence   Oct 24, 2005

As i wake up every morning
And gently rub my eyes
I turn and face my darling,
Everyday a new surprise

Of the beauty she beholds,
by nature she was blessed,
An angel sent to share my life
And remain within my breast.

I lay without a sound i make,
My fingers through her hair,
The thought that she's with me right now,
Leaves me without a care.

How could I be so lucky,
Why did she come to me.
Why did the other angels let her go
So she could be,

Deep in my heart forever more
W/ true feelings that will last
And a love so strong that it will stay Until death does do us part....
