Nothing more than what's infront of you

by Rozzy   Oct 25, 2005

She loved him but all he wanted was her kiss
But she wasn't the kind of girl
To be played around with

She was sweet
As he played his cool
He told her how bad he wanted her
But she wouldn't be made a fool

She help him up
As he would fall
He would try to bring her down
But she stood tall

Her heart began to break
For soon she realized the truth
She refused to see it before
That he didn't love her too

Yet still she stood by his side
As he used her as if she were nothing
But she loved him too much to leave
For to her he was everything

One day the pain had been to cruel
The hurt had been to much
As she suddenly realized
She would never be enough

So she smiled sad as she kissed him good-bye
Leaving him as she should have before
And then it was him who realized that all she wanted was his love
Nothing more
