Breath

I hold my breath as I see,
what you have done to me.
I rush and hide and wonder
why.
I told you my secrets.
I told you my dreams.
At least I know dreams aren't
real.
for I have dreamed of you all
my life and now you've dissapeared.
I sit and cry and shake with sadness.
I thought we were so perfect.
How could we last this long.
3 years down the drain.
I thought you said you loved me,
we gave each other
promise rings.
Don't promises me my dream
and not wish it come true.

I guess you got what you wanted
and that was enough for you.
