    Bill ...
    This poem shouts TRUE LOVE at the top of it's lungs ..
    Your wording is beautiful and shows the true romantic and compassionate person that you are ...
    ~It flows like gentle waves
    hitting the sand at sunset ~

    Quite enjoyable.. i really seldom do find "love" poems that attract my interest, but yours certainly did.. it's so easy to fall into a cliche when writing, and you did a good job of keep it original.. all in all, it's a good poem.. seems like you've paid due care to rhythm/rhyme/content and flow; imagery and metaphor combined to make a great piece.. i love a lot of images you've conjured up here;

    Silhouetted against the sky painted from above

    along with the first lines,.. just great.. the sun's setting is kind of cliche, but you kept emphasis on more important things, and so it wasn't like the same thing i've read over and over..

    Realization that nothing else matters in life
    I would give it all up for you

    these seem a bit cliche as well, but i guess im being nitpicky.. i just think you could always tweak your work, but thats me.. great poem.. pZ
