If You Only Knew

If you knew how much pain
I've had to endure in my life
All the stupid "special care"
Having my ears cut up with a knife

I've mostly been an outcast
Someone unwanted and alone
Someone naive and foolish
Someone who had no talent shown

I've been called an android
After all, a third of my face is metal
I'm a young man with old man problems
A rep that I'm ashamed'of.

Living a life with hearing aids
Is something no one should knoe about
It's a constant war everyday
To worry when the batteries run out

Shure, I hate most of my life
Come on, I'm permanently handicapped
But still, if you can believe it
My life is still a blast.
