I'm So Sorry

by GoddessOfWings   Oct 26, 2005

I'm so sorry my darling,
you went through something you shouldn't have,
I know the wind whispers words,
but you must listen to me, and only me.
The dried blood underneath my fingernails,
the rain that creates streaks of tears on my cheeks,
the bruises on your pale, fragile skin;
you may think this is your fault, but it is not.

The never ending melody of constant passion,
she...... her... you fill my world with nothing but happiness,
and to hear those words that hurt me the most:
'You hate me for this... you're ashamed of me',
please, my love, forget those horrid thoughts of yours.
I place my fragile kisses of lust and peace upon your skin,
close your eyes and dream for the both of us,
you shall never have to experience such fear again,
remain in my arms forever, I'm here; I'm so sorry.
