Death

by Tina   Oct 27, 2005

He comes to me in my dreams, but haunts me during the day, his name is death and thats what he is. He calls me toward him. His eyes are burning red, and his dusty hear jet black. The life he wants for me is Haunting. Ill never go, not again. Please don't ruin my life. I like it the way it is. Take a look you'll see. Yes Ive had problems before but i no longer wish to die. He taunts me and teases me, and says no one wants me around. I try to ignore him, but its hard with someone so convincing. I see his thoughts but feel none of the pain. Continuously his thoughts are fear filled and dangerous, but exciting at the same time. Do i go with him or back away, and think again of the life I'm leading now? Is my future with him brighter than the one i have no yet grasped? Its so hard to think with the noise of death ringing all around me. I close my eyes and try to block him out, but hes everywhere i try to get away. His name is death, and thats what he is. Just another inevitable thing in life we cant seem to escape.
