Hi again Hayley, thought i would send a small comment ypour way, another good poem, takes the reader into your mind and then into your heart, sounds just like a summer love to me, one that is remembered with tenderness, and wonderment as to how it could ever end, but the passion while it lingered on was so great, makes a person think it was something needed to get you to a higher plane of love replacing the passion that was there and developing it into a full blown love, only to have it too somehow come to an end, could it have been just an encroachment on your own loneliness or could it have been someone that was attached to another but for some reason was detached for the summer months, alas I fear we shall never know the answer to that, all in all a darn good poem. as always your friend Harry |
I love the way the poem mingles a story with passions. Then leads to natural metaphors and imagery with a flow that I envy. You did it again. You have not lost your touch 5>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> |
