Dear mommy,

i painted you a picture
a picture from inside
this is the picture
i no long want to hide

its a pretty woman
a woman dressed in blue
this picture reminds me
so much of you

everyday i look at it
and think of the
wonderful times we've had
i look at it and realize
none of the memories are bad

but out of all those things
theres one i hold close and dear
this was the time you made
all of my dreams clear

you promised me that
i could do anything
that i wanted to do
and that no matter what
i would always be with you

but you went back on your promise
and now your no longer there
thats why with this picture
your the one i want to share

i want to show the world
the wonderful person that you are
cause you are my light
the brightness in my star

i want to send you my picture
to show you that i care
but its hard to send a picture
to someone who's not there

i hope this will do
until we meet again
