Thinning Feeling

by Lisa Carter   Oct 27, 2005

I'm dyeing inside
As he talks casually
My feelings i hide
Until I'm Ready
Until i pour out my soul
And tell him everything
I must put on a role
And ease my heart from throbbing
It happens so fast
His heart feels the same
The moment does not last
And I'm left with shame
My Heart starts the old feeling
As tears swell in my eyes
I sit there hurting
As he says his goodbyes
From then on
I've loved no one but him
My heart beats on
But the hurting will not thin
