Another dream...©

I had one of my dreams again
about you and me
being together
and having a family

You came home
and came into the room
and what to did your eyes should see
but me holding a brand new tiny baby

It was my daughter
She came while you were gone
you hugged me dearly
and told me how much you missed me so

I said it wasn't too late
to make this dream come true
I said say you will be with me
and we can be a family

You said I love you so
and missed you too
However there was something first
that you had to do

You got down on one knee
and took my hand
To be your wife is what you asked me
All I did was cry

You place the rock on my finger
and looked into my eyes
we kissed and kissed
it seemed like a long while

I wish you could be here right now
but I know you can't
I love you more now than ever
These are feelings I have won't change, they can't

My love for you is what keeps me going
day in and day out
I love you for who you are and what you are doing
