Conspiracy (Quatern)

by Steven Beesley   Oct 29, 2005

Conspiracy :

With these eyes I see everything?
But is everything clear to me?
There are things that are not so clear.
Cast so many doubts on your mind.

Is everything as it appears?
With these eyes I see everything?
There are some hidden agendas.
Some who do not want you to see

See only what is intended.
Always many plots to deceive.
With these eyes I see everything?
Seeing what they want you to see.

Many illusions in your view.
A world through colored spectacles.
Programming your very senses.
With these eyes I see everything?

Brilliant piece! Another great style found and noted, I will be working on my styles soon! From you I have learnt a lot, and what I want to learn extends beyond any length of paper! I like the questions you've placed in this poem, something I'm sure that we all ask from time to time.
