Stunned

In the middle of the afternoon
I was at home just looking at the sky
I went inside for some lunch
And there I remembered something

How come in this week
Everyone who's died
Has not reminded me
Of myself?

I mean,people are dying
Including my family
And I'm left on the sidelines
Alone

How everything changes
Can I be unique?
I do not know

But to see the people I love
On the obituary
Or to hear from relatives who have died
Sometimes I want to cry

I'm stunned in revelry...
