Living The Bi Life

by Carol Davis   Oct 30, 2005

It's hard to live this life I live.
My family doesn't know I am this way.
My mom would flip.
My dad would never speak of me again.

I have been bi since I was a young age.
I didn't know I was into women till the day
I saw my best friend nude.

I saw her as my lover, but she never knew I was
into her.
I didn't want to lose her as a friend, but I also wanted her
in my bed.
We slept in the same bed, it took everything I had to not
touch within her.

Within these nights my body craves her smell, her touch.
The tears flow from these eyes.
I yearn for her to suckle my tears within her body, for her
and I to be as one life.

I whimper into the nights as I lay here alone wishing
her body was next to mine.
I whispered I love you and called her name out loud.
Rose Ann my dear I wish you knew I wanted to be
your lover forever.

Very deep. I just went through something simular. My friend admitted that she liked me, and we're trying to work everything out now. Great poem!
