I will Not Fall For You...

I'm blinded by the pressure,
the soft call of temptations lust,
an unimaginable war now waged,
your power just too robust.

Time has frozen feelings,
now warmed by touch so soft,
a reminder of sweet past time,
and of that which is at cost.

nobody survives this calling,
for time is final direction,
no past can be erased from sight,
nor the shame in my reflection.

stop not the urges forthcoming,
for my heart deserves its feed,
But a ripple of pain shall follow,
If i continue to proceed.

I pray only my selected,
shall learn of my mistakes,
Grant me penance for my sins,
As am ruled by cold heartache.
