You come to me in my dreams
a beautiful weightless light
beaming, brightly shining...
You have come to take me away
to a place where time
seizes to exist.
Your light surrounds me
goosebumps from your gentle carress
my tears you wipe away
as they slide right down my cheek.
With you I feel no sorrow
you put a smile on my face.
But as the sun begins to rise,
I feel you slowly slip away
into the shadows of twilight
only to come back to me
