The secret held within my heart
is the secret that i hold dear
i hold it in my heart when we are apart
and even when we are near
its a secret that burns so strong
a secret held in my heart for so long
so the secret held within my heart
is tearing me apart
for i long to say i love you
and hoping to hear the same from you too
thats the secret i hold in my heart

    I get what you are trying to say, but the poem seems to repetitive. The rhymes repeat over and and over again and I believe masks your poems true power. Think about it, I look forward to reading more from you.
