Tender Love

My liking for you goes beyond my belief.
i don't know nor understand
why i carry the feelings i do for you, but i do.
you appeal to me in ways I'm unsure of
your eyes that seem to tell a thousand tales of both love lost and found.
you rebellious nature and carefree attitude,
your touch, your kisses so sweet and sincere,
your words, spoken like poetry, i can hear and sense the emotions you hold.
i hope i do not disappoint, i doubt i would.
as feelings we both have seem new, fresh,
yet to be explored to the full depths of our capabilities.
and yet I'm not sure they ever will be
as things seem to drift, words not spoken yet seem to move and embed themselves within.
you empower me to do great things.
your belief and truthfulness is so blunt and unexplained, unproven as only a few days, moments of our lives have we met.
you appeal to me as you bring out these thoughts of life and perhaps one day we will experience these as a part of one person, one soul.
together both of us throughout our lives by this yet to be magical experience.
