Our Dreams

Dark clouds backlit by the moon
An eerie silver light falling on the horizon
Our spirits flowing in the night
Walk with me across this land
Sipping the drink you carry in your hand

Survey the world that lies before us
A life of our making and choosing
Our dreams we are making a reality
A lifetime of dreams come true
Is a gift from me to you

You already made my dreams a reality
From the moment you said hello
Every day is better than the day before
I never thought I would live this life
Eternally loved by you, my future wife

I will give it all back to you
All the love and respect you give
I will honor you for all my life
Each day making your dreams come true
Spending my life giving it all to you

    That's a excellent poem. You are a very gifted writer. That's excatly how I feel about my boyfriend i am with right now he makes my heart beat and he's making my dreams come true. It touched my heart very much I wrote a ton of poems that i thought i found the guy of my dreams earlier in my life but I didn't that was truly a mistake. My very first one is about the boyfriend i am with now. It's sort of still cyber love because we haven't met yet but we are meeting in a few days. That's simply a lovely poem. Keep up the good work I am going to add you to my favorites!!!!!
