The idea of death is known world-wide "why" it is....what I don't understand is with all we know about it, why do we grieve, or be saddened by the loss of a friend or loved one?
Is it because we wont see them again...I thought when we die all who went before us, will be there waiting our arrival into heaven.
Why be sad, think where they are going...to heaven to be with our Lord, Jesus Christ! What a great ending to a life...
I hear there are no TV's, stereo's, or fast food in heaven...thats because it's not needed there...there is also no crime, war, cancer or famine either...what a great trade off...
This past year, I have lost 6 friends and family members, had to expose my children to death, funerals, the sadness brought by all who came to see the deciest...
In aiding my kids in the reality of these deaths, I realized...I cried, I mourned the loss...I was selfish, but I was also strong, supportive and lead my children to a healthy way to accept death...
so, don't fear death, accept it when it comes...its gonna hurt, you may cry and thats fine, but remember its only a matter of time before you see them again....till then enjoy life...embrace the challenges..reap the rewards and love unconditionally!!
