To Murder Your Love

Pitch black
a light turns on
he was in the spotlight
and would soon be gone

she came in
with anger in her eyes
from all his habbits
and all of his lies

she only cared
and he broke her heart
when he left her
her world fell apart

he would now pay
for the words said in hate
she would show him
that they were fate

she didn't know what she did
but he was her biggest mistake
and since he did this
his life was now at stake

she tied him to poles
he could not move an inch
she put the knife to his throat
and didn't even flinch

a tear dropped down
from her lonely face
their memories flashed by
from his sweet smell to his taste

she couldn't do it
kill the one she once loved
but instead she left
and flew above

because to murder a love
you must not care
all the pain and hurt
you must not bare

to murder her love
she could not do
she still loved him
and that she knew

**someone said they didn't understand so i guess I'll explain my thought behind it!! I fell in love with this guy at my school, and he said he liked me too!! And that's where it got confusing, he didn't want to get a rep. of being soft, so he wanted to stop liking me and for me to stop liking him. So he told one of my friends he was going to have me killed as a way of making me back off, well it worked but i still don't see how you can say you are going to kill someone you care about???
