They

by President Dead   Nov 2, 2005

They came from hell,
To break a mend,
To leave this place,
To its end

They were dark,
A chaos filled black,
Like a starless night,
They were back

They took from all,
Mind and soul,
They left nothing,
To which they stole

They all raged on,
Through the night,
Till one more thing,
Came to might

And evil Silhouette,
Of life itself,
Had lifted up from,
Its eternal shelf

It brought the tides,
The storms of fire,
It fed off darkness,
It would never tire

They were gone,
It was here,
A terrible beast,
That overtook fear

It stayed for long,
In its immortal health,
It found a new place,
For an eternal shelf
