I feel I must mention
just how much I hate detention
to be forced sit in a class
and wait for time to pass
to have to listen to the clock "click"
Its enough to make you sick
and the silence can kill
just like a deadly pill
It's such a horriable thing
to have to wait to hear a bell ring
it makes you feel like your locked in cage
the experiance can cause so much rage
but when the punishment is done
I can go out and finally have some fun
