Afraid to Ask

Everytime I see a girl,
That I think I want to date,
I turn around and run away,
And say that I should wait,

I act all scared, just like a coward,
Afraid that you will say no,
But if I never ask the question,
How will I ever know,

I hate this stage of life I'm in,
