Help her, before its to late

No one can see, because I dont want them too
All the pain I hold inside,never goes away, its always there..
People think I'm happy, and think I have no hurt, but rly I do..
When I get home, and am alone, I turn into someone I hate..
A girl with pain inside and scars on her wrist,
She screams with silence, but no one hears
She feels alone, even though there are tons of people there
If only they knew how she feels...
One day, I fear, she will take it to far
And her pain will over take her, and forever she will disappear
Please let someone see how bad she needs them there, she needs to know someone cares
