Another Loss

by morbid_tears   Nov 2, 2005

The world has collapsed
Into my shadowy grave
The roses dead in my Bone fingers
Lie brittle and broke
Above the grave
I hear muffled cries
And shrieks of pain
Leaving my wounded mother's mouth
The ground drenched for the rain
Is not just absorbing her tears
But also taking in her worst fear
Her daughter dead in a casket
From a shot to the head
The crimson blood splattered
All around the once spotless room
My mother having to endure all of this
Having to see me lying on the floor lifeless
With a pistol in my hand
And a bullet hole through my head
She'll never know why
I committed the the perfect sin
And decided to take my life
For I left no note good-bye
To explain my escape of the pain in this world
And I've become another statistic
Another teen lost to a world of suicide
