Feelings

The velocity of my love
Goes amazingly fast,
But this is one stop
That is not going be passed.

I know it’s sudden,
Abrupt if you must...
But if you must know,
This goes way past lust...

Your way of being
Is what makes me be attracted...
And these feelings
Are the type that cannot be retracted...

Day and Night,
Can surely take a toll,
But I’m up for it,
I’m willing to take a poll...
I’ll raise my hand...
To prove my love...
I’ll let it hang freely in the air,
like an uncaged dove...

These feelings are pumping in my body,
Extremely rapidly within...
It’s feels as if the love doctor,
Just gave me a shot of adrenaline.

So please accept these feelings
I have for you...
Because I can’t be done with just one...
It requires the help of two...

As I sit here writing this poem
Listening to you play sweet music over the telephone,
I imagine of all the things,
Of what I am prone...
I have told you I love you,
I have done everything to eject
And it frankly is making me
Like a stupid reject...

But I just did what was human;
I told you how I felt,
And I know the great damage,
To you, it must’ve dealt...

But it makes me feel
Like I’m being microwaved,
It makes me feel,
Like I haven’t aged.

It’s such a lively feeling,
That you probably can’t comprehend,
But if it’s what you want...
I’ll make the torture all end...
