That is a nice dedication and a thoughtful write. I have but one criticism about the first line, I think you should re-write as follows: -

"Another year has come and gone."

Was this poem dedicated to all of us? Because I'm crying like it would be...Good Lord that has to be the sweetest thing I've read in such a while...Every word spoken was just so powerful as if you were speaking not only to Anthony but to people who read it. I felt I was in his shoes..I love poems like this is this is a a good "pick-me-up" poem for him when he is down. What a terrific friend you seem to be. And although it is his birthday, you deserve some credit as well! Great Job I loved it!
