The gift

A beautiful bright day , a young mother was busy choosing toy for her Little boy in a crowded market.

None of the toys satisfied her, she knew it has to be very special for her precious little one.

Finally her eyes falls on a military car ......."yes it perfects for my Little brat".

She picks the car ready to buy, suddenly a bomb explodes nearby followed by heart breaking cries...... nothing but darkness prevails in many eyes.

Among many bodies a charred figure is found , her hand still holding what remains a piece of toy car.

Somewhere a small boy is waiting for her mummy to return with his gift .....but she is never found.

    A very touching poem it reminded me of a poem read long ago about a mom who was looking 4 her daughter who insisted to play out . later mom found her kid killed by blast and found her new shoes ..don know but ure poem relates to it in a way.anyhow, u have a a very special talent dear.
