Hurting inside

Look at that girl, who is she?
her eyes are sad and her hands, they bleed
she's all curled up in her bed
and her blood has dried, from the pain she bled

So tired of the insults and the comments they make
and they don't realize how much of her they take
She's hurting so badly inside
they see her scars, even though she tries to hide

Every day she is locked up in hell
being all alone, got no one to tell
She hurts herself, behind the closed door to her room
this is where she's reopening the healing wound

Look deeper, try really hard now
her hair hides her tears and her head is bowed
Shes rocking forth and back, forth and back
all of her life, shes been on the wrong track

So today she made up her mind
she has nothing to gain and nothing to leave behind
with the pills in her hand, she'll soon be dead
no more remembering the words they said

Look in the mirror, see the broken girl
now the Angels take her away from this world
She's ready now, her body is weak
from the pills and the cut she made so deep

Look at the girl, who is she?
her eyes are closed and her hands still bleed
look at her face, she is dead
thats how they found her curled up in her bed
