People don't listen
Because they don't want to hear it

People don't love
Because it's easier to hate

People don't care
Because they don't want to feel

They protect themselves
With a shell

Because they're scared of the pain

    Very good it's short and harsh you get right to the point i think another stanza could've helped though i think it seemed a little incomplete
