Just a reason

I know i ain't perfect
but i don't deserve this
this pain and hurt
why has it been brought upon me

what did i ever do
do to make them all mad
mat at me everyday
everyday they glare

they call me names
and look on in disgust
but why?
because I'm different?

that has to be it
they don't understand
don't understand me
that doesn't make it right

doesn't make them able
able to hate me
hate me for such a reason
someone please, just give me a reason
