Scarred Without You

As I stare into this photograph,
Tears of pain, burn my cheeks,
As I cry for you, my darling friend.
My heartaches, you ment so much.
It is not fair, you were too young,
You were supposed to live forever.
I never got to say a proper goodbye,
And as each day passes,
My heart bruises more.
Every night I lye on your grave,
My tears soak into the ground,
Down to you.
Why did this happen?
You never did anything wrong.
Why cant the innocent ever last?
My heart is scarred,
Without you by my side.
