Faces of the Moon (3 & 4)

Faces of the Moon (Part 3)
- Breakdown

I feel cold and alone,
my heart has left my side.
I wonder if I'm dreaming,
my wrist hurts, it is real.

She walked out on me,
left me for another guy.
I thought we were inseparable,
but forever had it's end.

I'm hugging my knees,
and I'm softly crying.
Slowly losing my mind,
she is all I think about.

My skin turns pale,
and the moon does follow.
I'm breaking down now,
I need to feel free.

Faces of the Moon (Part 4)
- Murder

I'm standing on her porch,
waiting for her to leave.
She broke my heart tonight,
all I want is my revenge.

A blade in my hand,
that will aim for her heart.
I'll rip it right out,
and smash it on the floor.

I'll smile as she bleeds,
the satisfaction of her death.
All the pain she has caused,
given to her all at once.

The moon bleeds red again,
blood has been spilled tonight.
Tears fall from my face,
for the hearts that are broken.

Hmm. Pretty cool, I like how you were inspired by that song. Yes, this is a dark poem, I get pretty good imagery at the part where she's bleeding and your smiling..good stuff.

Wow, dark stuff, but I guess I know how you feel. It will never cease to amaze me how people can communicate so much whilst keeping to a such a well formed structure! I love your writing, keep it up!
