Sometimes I lay and wonder

Pointless

The expressions on my face,
They seem so Pointless.
Their meanings were never known,
All I ever wanted, was a life to call my own.

Somebody to talk to,
When nobody else cared.
At least one person,
To tell me that they'd be there.

My nights are lonely,
And flooded with fears.
Sometimes I lay and wonder,
Why am I here?

My heart skipped a beat,
When ever you were around.
You took away my breath,
With every word or sound.

Butterflies over took my insides,
As you slowly captured my heart.
My eyes filled with tears,
As we slowly drifted apart.

Unhappy, Down,
No more me and you.
You took away my happiness,
And didn't have a clue.

My nights are lonely,
And flooded with fear.
Sometimes I lay and wonder,
Why am I here?
