Run & Hide

How could the brave lose the fight?
How could the selfish gain more power?
This world is upside down,
And I feel like I'm the only person who is upright.
I was looking in the mirror into another dimension,
Looking for a love that wasn't spoken nor even mentioned.
I was staring at my reflection,
And him at me.
I have no need for direction,
Because now I can see.
The world isn't what it once was,
It was more flaws.
I'm starting to not care,
Like a rebel without a cause.
I try to run and hide,
From the emptiness I feel inside...
From the sorrow and pain,
From the bad cheese and cheap champagne.
But I can't escape,
Loneliness is my fate.
So shed a tear,
And light a cig.
Before this fear grows too big.
I said I loved her,
I guess I lied...
Because I always try to,
Run and hide.

    Hello huni, i totally love this poem, i think u r a really great writter, i can really relate to how you are feeling, life is hard and just wen u think it can't get worse it does! but u have to hang in ther ok hun? coz everyone goes thru pain in ther lives but u have to hold on, life is what u make out of it and if u look on the bright side of things then it will come a lot better, plz listen to me and i hope that my advice helps, just try to be happy and live each moment as if it were your last coz u never no what is going to happen.... i would be really happy if u could open up 2 me and tell what your life is about and why you feel so hurt, i hope that u find happiness and im always here if u need someone to talk to
