I flow in the moment
Yet I live in the past
Wanting to see the future yet unable to open my eyes

I'm scared of my own shadow
Yet I don't fear the light
Running from my problems
Yet standing and ready for the fight
I'm a fighter with a different state of mind

I've seen hell a million times
Yet never seen heaven once
I ain't asking for wings
Just someone i can actually rely in

Ive been stabbed in the back
Fighting my own demons
For years and i bet years to come

I'm not perfect
I bet I'm cursed
To always fight this never ending battle
An probably cursed to never see kingdom come

I'm scared of my own shadow

I'm far from perfect
But i wont lose
This battle...
Because I'm a fighter with just a difference state of mind
