I've been thinking bout the last few years,
the mistakes have come and gone.
The lives I've touched aren't many,
And I hope you can forgive
The tears I shed tonight,
For I feel I haven't given, enough.
I just wanted to collapse today,
Instead I stood tall,
While inside I was crumbling,
Not okay at all.
Don't rub it in my face and say
you had a better life.
Because no matter how much your put through,
You'll probably end right.
This life takes twists and tumbles,
But in due time I know.
Everything I've worked for
Will eventually grow.
It won't be like this forever,
Cherish it while you can.
And even though I miss you terribly,
All I want is to hold your hand.
