End

by President Dead   Nov 6, 2005

I reach for the knife,
As i sit a ponder,
What will happen,
To my body i wonder?

I don't care,
It doesn't matter,
I'll just been seen,
As another mad hatter.

The sun is setting,
On the winter of my life,
It'll all be over soon,
It'll end with this knife.

As i look back,
Upon my early years,
Too Little a happiness,
Too many a fear.

I'm possessed by darkness,
as i prepare for my demise,
I stare into the fire,
Into the demons eyes.

I'm ready to end it now,
The blade is to my neck,
I'm gonna end it all,
My life was such a wreck.

I pause for much a moment,
As i clench my knife and sigh,
I'm ready to go now here i come,
I slit my throat and die.

Hey, that was a really powerful poem, hope you don't feel like this all the time though. Stick around and keep writing, cause I love your stuff and it would be a great loss if you stopped. Thanks for your comments,
