Mom, Im sorry,
I caused all the worry,
all of the family fury,
the sadness, drough, and drury

I guess its all my fault,
I never would have thought,
one day it would lead to a shot,
this terribly mistaken plot

I only meant to make you proud,
but now im left with a pitiful cloud,
things around me seemed so loud,
it was you that i tried to confound

mom, Im just so cold,
i needed your loving warmth to make me bold,
but now its over im gone..im sold,
this is my story for you to be told

when could i cry,
was there anything said as a lie,
i tried to let things pass me by,
but i couldnt i just wanted to die

I had no wings,
no understanding things,
there were no mother daughter rings,
no special song for us to sing

we shall be better off apart,
even if it tears my heart,
it wont hurt like words made of darts,
it will be like a sweet awkward tart

i went like a bomb,
i wont be like you,

i guess i should say good-bye,
before things get up too high,
