No One Ever Says "I'm Sorry"

by Anthony   Nov 7, 2005

Why Does everyone have to loose,
When one has made a vital mistake?
Ganging up on one, While others watch,
Is not a courageous venture.
All he wanted was an apology,
But it was too hard to give.
Forced him to say sorry, that it won't happen again,
When really they should say I'm sorry,
For pretending to be his friends.
Surprise is when, he comes to school and armed.
Armed with a gun and a vendetta,
A vengeful meaning, forced to carry out.
Down they go, one by one,
faster than the speed of light,
Just giving back what they gave him,
A vision of never ending black.
A single tear rolls down his face,
Accompanied by spattered blood,
As he's condemned his own soul.
The people who laugh in his face,
The people who laugh behind him,
The people who feel faux pity,
The people who hurt him,
All go down,
One by one,
Because no one took the time to say,
"I'm Sorry".

This is a very good poem./ the descriptions are great and although this tiopic has been done many times before it seemed new and unique.

Very well written....images of the video for the song Jeremy kept running through my mind...you took a topic that has been beat to death and put a new spin on it. Good job.

I like how you turned such a cliche topic into something so wonderful to read of.
