HUMAN INSTINCT

by myshiningstar14   Nov 7, 2005

I CAN ONLY PONDER
THE LIVES YOU'VE
SAVED THE TEARS
YOU'VE SHED. I CAN
ONLY BEGIN TO
IMAGINE THE PAIN
YOU BORE, THE LOVE
YOU SHOWED. I HAVE
ONLY BEGUN TO
SCRATCH THE
SURFACE OF
DISCOVERING YOUR
POWER.

BECAUSE, THE SHADOW
YOU'VE LEFT UPON MY
HEART IS CLAWING AT
MY SOUL AND THE NEED
TO LIVE FOR YOU HAS
BECOME GREATER! I
WAS LOST, BUT NOW
I'M FOUND; AND I
CRAVE TO BE BY YOUR
SIDE. YOUR ARMS ARE
THE ONLY PLACE I'VE
EVER REALLY FELT
THE SAFEST. AND
YET THIS IS ONLY
THE EPICENTER OF
MY HUMAN INSTINCT.

I FELT SOMETHING
MOVING INSIDE ME,
LONGING TO LIVE AND
BE THE ME i WAS MEANT
TO BECOME INSIDE.
AND THE TEARS i HAVE
CRIED HAVE BECOME
SOLID, AND HAVE
MOLDED ME INTO THE
WOMEN I HAVE BECOME.
